These were recommended to me at an exceptional local tea shop, and I'll never go back to other infusers. I simply hold the long flap of the bag while I pour water over it, then lay the teapot lid on the bag flap, which holds the bag firmly. When it's time to remove it, just lift the flap and pull the bag out of the pot. In addition, it's the easiest way to compost tea leaves-just pop the cooled bag in the compost bucket.

Bought these for some friends of mine who run a little coffee/tea shop. It works much better than a teaball and I like that it's portable. I wish there was a better way to close it though. Right now, we staple it shut which works perfectly fine.
